Returns

Dolce Jolie does not offer returns or exchanges. We do offer our customers the opportunity to purchase samples. You can use this purchase to check out the hair and test it in different situations. Samples range from 14 to 18 inches, depending on what we have in stock. Our samples will always be a 2 inch length weft. This will enable you to test via flat iron, color, shampoo, condition, blow dry, etc many different styling options before you purchase.

Please also note that curly and wavy lengths are measured when the hair is stretched out and not when it is in its curly state. Also, longer curly hair’s curls patterns will be slightly looser than its shorter length companion. Please take note of the picture below of the Au Natural, shown in 16 and 18 inches.
