The nature of our product is customized for each order. The hair in bulk is blended and sewn into a triple stitched weft. The hair is then cleaned and treated with Farouk Systems CHI Organics Treatment. Orders take 4-5 business days to process.
We believe that you our customers should be treated with dignity and respect. For this reason we offer live telephone customer support on placed and pending orders. We also respond to all email inquires within 24 hours. You are our top priority. We aim to please you, make you joyful and gorgeous!
