JC Penney’s Salon was selected to offer the CHI™Ultimate Blowout service featuring the CHI Enviro American Smoothing Treatment.
I had the honor of traveling to Minnesota to certify ladies from surrounding JC Penney’s Salons at the Rosedale and Ridgedale Locations. With a record breaking heat wave while there, with a humidity level of 85%+, making the heat index 115 degrees, the women of Minnesota will be more than happy to receive this treatment. It blocks 95% of frizz!
