Returns & Exchanges
All Sales are Final. Exchanges are at our discretion within 7 days of receiving the hair and hair must be in the original unused condition. Please ask all questions before your purchase.
If you will like an exchange/refund because the item was not as described send us an email and we will definitely try to resolve the issue promptly.
We will not grant any refunds/exchanges on hair that has been altered from the packaged state in any way. All refunds/exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receipt. Once we receive your request for exchange/refund we will reply with instructions and RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization#) if necessary. Upon delivery of the return/exchange and RMA# we will ship back the correct item free of charge if it is stock.
Any unauthorized returns/exchanges will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
Any returns/exchanges that have been altered from the original packaging will also be refused or returned to the customer at their expense. Dolce Jolie will hold the items for 7 days awaiting the customer payment of shipping charges. If we do not receive payment to send the item back to the customer, it will be discarded.
Dolce Jolie will not credit any items that cannot be restocked. There will be a restocking fee on Items returned.
