-How much hair do I need?
This depends on your desired results. For straight styles or for lengths longer than 18″, 3 bundles are suggested to achieve a full look. For wavy, curly or shorter styles, 2 bundles would be fine unless you want really full hair. If you are adding a few rows for length or fullness, 1 bundle will do. It’s better to have more than not enough.
-Will Dolce Jolie Hair match my hair texture?
Yes! Our hair comes from many different regions around the world, and from women with many different textures. Fine, wavy, curly, thick and course.
-Can the hair be colored?
Yes! Dolce Jolie Hair are custom colored per order and can be highlighted if needed. We use Ammonia Free CHI Ionic Permanent Shine Color and the Infra Hi-lift for highlights. We strongly suggest that you allow your stylist to color your Dolce Jolie Hair.
-How do I care for this hair?
This is not miracle hair, if you misuse it, it will not last.
This is human hair and should be treated as if it were your own. Shampoo and condition regularly and always use a leave-in conditioner with a paddle brush to prevent tangles. Do not go to bed with wet hair, this will lead to matting.
-How often can I shampoo my hair?
Every 5-7 days is fine, just remember that you should always allow your own natural hair to dry to prevent damage and mildew. Frequent wetting can cause shedding and color fading. We suggest spraying water with leave-in conditioner on your hair instead of fully wetting it to revive curls and waves.
-What makes this hair Remy?
Remy means that the cuticle layers in the hair are aligned and all going in the same direction as if it were growing out from your own head. We have travelled to our sources around the world to watch their process of gathering the hair and preparing it for resale. Each of our hair bundles come from one source donors, so each bundle is unique.
-How long will the hair last?
With proper care, this hair can last from 4-6 applications. Be sure to treat it like your own hair.
-Do you ship overnight?
Yes we do. Please note that USPS next day shipping does not ship to rural or not so populated areas overnight. In that case an extra charge for FedEx shipping can be used.
